A graduate of the École Centrale de Paris, Rachid MARRAKCHI began his career in the banking sector in 1988 at BCM, as a consulting engineer in the Credit and Investments Department, before taking on responsibilities within the retail network. He joined the Ciments Français Group in 1993 as Finance Manager of the Group’s Moroccan subsidiary (Ciments du Maroc). In 1996, he was assigned to the Group’s Paris head office, in charge of financial and strategic planning for all subsidiaries.

He joined BMCI (BNP Paribas Group) in 1998 as Director of Corporate and Institutional Clients.

In 2003, Rachid MARRAKCHI was appointed member of the Management Board and in 2005 Chief Executive Officer of BMCI, a position he held until December 2022. In 2023, he joined Atlas Capital (CFHA) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’Etat, and Sciences Po Paris, Hicham Chebihi has over 25 years’ experience in business creation, takeovers, development and restructuring

He has, among other things, worked for the Paris office of Andersen, founded and participated in several consultancy assignments with Inetum Consulting and worked full time for a prestigious public body in Rabat on an operational assignment. He has been Atlas Capital’s CEO since 2008.

Ms. Alaoui is a graduate of Sorbonne Paris Nord University where she holds an Advanced studies diploma (DEA) in international economics & regulation after a Master of science and technology, specializing in mathematical models of international economy and finance. Ms. Alaoui has a proven track-record in asset management with over 20 years experience on UCITS asset management.

Ms. Alaoui began her career as a bond and equity Trader at CFG Asset Management before handling equity funds dedicated to institutional investors at BMCI Asset Management. In 2008, Ms. Alaoui joined Atlas Capital Management as Head of asset management to build and supervise the Front office. Since 2017, Ms. Alaoui is the CEO of the UCITS asset management activity.

Eric Aouani has over 35 years’ experience in investment banking. He began at Banque Populaire in 1990, and in 1994 joined Citibank NA Tunis as a trader, followed by Bahrain and Casablanca. In 1997, he joined Cargill Financial Markets in London and Geneva.

In 1999, he co-founded the BMCE Capital group, of which he was co-CEO, before creating and managing MediCapital Bank in London and MediCapital Finance in Paris in 2005. In this capacity, he initiated and managed BMCE Bank’s acquisitions of Bank Of Africa and Axis Capital Tunis, of which he was a Director until 2010, when he joined the London-based investment bank Ondra Partners as Managing Partner. There, he supported Wendel in its association with Saham.

In 2015, he founded Aouani & Co, based first in London and then in Casablanca and Tunis, and advised Tana, among others, on its first investments in the Maghreb, and then among the biggest Maghreb groups on their growth operations. Eric Aouani has been chairman, CEO, partner or director of more than 20 regulated financial institutions in 8 European, American and Maghreb countries, and has executed several billion euros in transactions in this capacity.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Mr Kreiker has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking, private banking and wealth management.

From 1999 to 2012, he was successively a member of the management of BNP Paribas in Morocco, Vice-President of BNP Paribas’ international private banking in Paris and Director of the MENA zone for HSBC in Geneva. He managed assets for private and institutional clients in Lebanon, the Middle East and Africa and took part in several M&A transactions in the region.

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux, and accredited with the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF), Ms Lahlou has over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets.

After starting her career in asset management with Société Générale Asset Management in Paris, she joined BMCE CAPITAL Gestion in 2004 as Portfolio Manager, then Head of Management. In 2007, she helped launch BMCE Capital Gestion Privée. She was subsequently appointed Deputy Director and then Director in charge of portfolio management and projects.

Ms. Chebihi Hassani, a graduate of the medical universities of Nancy and Toulouse and a doctor of pharmacy, brings over 20 years’ of experience in the insurance business. After establishing and managing a medical analysis laboratory in 1990, she transitioned to the insurance industry. In 2002, she founded Vidal Assurances Casablanca.

Diplômé de de l’Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion de Settat – Option « Finances » et titulaire d’un DESS en Gestion de Patrimoine de l’Université de Rennes, M. El Jirari cumule plus de 28 ans d’expérience dans les métiers de l’intermédiation boursière.

Après un parcours riche de 10 ans chez Attijari Intermédiation en tant que Directeur Intermédiation, où il a participé à toutes les plus grandes opérations en tant que chef de file (OPV Maroc Telecom, fusion BCM-Wafa, rotation ONA-SNI, OPV Addoha…), il a rejoint en 2007 Upline Securities, en tant Président Directeur Général. En 2010, il a rejoint Atlas Capital en tant que partner. M. El Jirari est administrateur de la Bourse de Casablanca depuis son projet de démutualisation en 2015.

Imane Kabbaj, an engineer from ENSIMAG, has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking and corporate management. After working for three years in Market Finance in France, she joined CFG Bank’s Investment Banking team in 2005.

From 2012 to 2019, she headed CBRE’s subsidiary in Morocco, managing a team of 50 people dedicated to real estate consulting across the entire value chain: advisory, marketing, execution, and management.

In 2020, she founded ETERNAM, a real estate investment consulting firm assisting various private and institutional investors in establishing high-value-creation operations.

Ms. Kabbaj joined Atlas Capital in 2024 and currently holds executive positions within the Real Estate and Corporate Finance teams.

A graduate of Hassan II University, Ms Aitallah has over 25 years’ experience in banking, insurance and bancassurance. Having held various positions within Attijariwafa Bank, Saham Assurance and its sales network, she brings to the teams the benefit of all her experience in customer relations, the customer journey and the development of commercial synergies. From 2016 to 2021, Ms Aitallah was Commercial Director at Saham Assurance. She successfully developed the Bancassurance activity implemented within the framework of the partnership concluded with Crédit Du Maroc.

Graduated from Paris-Dauphine University, Science Po Lyon, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Business (UK), A. Nahmany has over 26 years of experience in international wealth management.

He began his career at Prudential Financial in 1998, initially in London and later in Geneva. From 2007 to 2024, he held various positions within the private banks Lombard Odier and Syz.

In 2024, he became the CEO and partner at Financière Atlas SA, a wealth management and multi-family office firm accredited by FINMA.

Khaoula has over 22 years of experience in private equity and financial sector.

Before joining Atlas Capital in 2025, she was the CEO of Upline Investments, where she structured two OPCCs with a total size of 2.000 MDh. She was an investment committee member and a board member of portfolio companies.

She has an extensive experience in private equity in Morocco with Almamed and Capital Invest, as well as internationally with impact investors Sarona (Canada) and Investisseurs & Partenaires (France), both of which invest in emerging economies, including Africa.

She started her career at Arthur Andersen/E&Y (Paris) as an auditor and later as a senior consultant in Transaction Services.

Khaoula graduated from Dauphine University (Paris) and ISCAE (Casablanca) and holds the French Chartered Accountant Diploma.
